PROPERTY OVERVIEW
The property is suitable for up to 5 adults.
Master bedroom has a double bed and baby cot. Second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 adults or 3 kids. Both rooms are upstairs.
An additional couch for 1 person is located in the TV room downstairs.
Self-catering kitchen includes all equipment for a pleasant stay including coffee machine Dolce Gusto Nescafé, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans and cutlery.
Additional information:
In July and August, we accept only week-long stays Sat-Sat. Wi-Fi and cable TV available free of charge. Pets welcome for an additional charge of CZK 250/night. Infrared sauna is available free of charge for stays over 3 nights. Cleaning charge CZK 1,500/stay.
Tourist tax CZK 50 per adult/night. Damage deposit of CZK 5,000 (EUR 200) is payable during check-in. Charge for consumption of utilities will be added to stays over 3 nights.

LAKE AND WOODS
The Lhota lake is a great attraction year-round. In the warm summer months, enjoy a swim at any of the beaches around the lake. During the colder months, take a stroll, go fishing, rent paddle boards or go for a jog in the fresh air.
But please - do not take your dogs with you, as they are not allowed around the lake.
FIREPLACE
Nothing evokes a relaxing atmosphere like a fire. In Blue Lake House, feel free to use our own pine firewood and stare into the flames for hours from a comfortable sofa.
The fireplace is located in the living room and heats up the house in addition to an automated heating system.
INFRARED SAUNA
Better sleep, detoxification, sore muscles relief, and improved circulation are just some benefits of infrared saunas. Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas don’t heat the air around you. Instead, they use infrared lamps to warm your body directly.
Infrared sauna for four people and adjoining shower is at your disposal at Blue Lake House.
